Flowers

I did this piece as part of RoyalSand week on Tumblr, celebrating this pair in a week-long prompt challenge. I had a lot of fun playing around with vibrant colors and contrasts and I love how the final piece turned out. My favorite part was toying with textures and details, even though WHY I chose to add so many flowers to torment myself is still beyond me. Too many flowers. Such a pain to draw and color, buuuut I suppose it was all worth it. Characters pictures are Brea and Rek'yr from the fantasy series The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance.
